Dates Almond Balls

Today I am posting another variety of healthy snack. This is quite similar to Dates Peanut Balls which I posted earlier. Best part of it is that it just needs two ingredients.

Ingredients:

1 cup Dates (pitted)
½ cup Roasted Almonds

Method:

Roast almonds in a pan on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Add both ingredients to food processor and process until they convert into a cohesive mixture. The consistency of the mixture should be such that it holds together. Divide the mixture and roll into small balls. Your dish is ready, refrigerate them in an airtight container.
