Truffles are something blissfully elegant and delicious. It feels just awesome eating these truffles. Alike chocolates, these can be made in different flavours, which I’ll try to cover in my future posts.
250 gm dark Chocolates
110 ml cream
1/4th cup Roasted coarsely crushed almonds
Coco powder for coating
Chop the chocolates and keep it aside. Heat cream in a pan until the bubbles appear on the sides and cream is heated through. Pour it over the chopped chocolates and whisk till combined. Add roasted coarsely crushed almonds and mix well. Once it is at room temperature, refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Make small balls and refrigerate till firm. Roll them in cocoa and sieve to shed excess cocoa powder. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes and serve. Store refrigerated.
