Mint Coriander Chutney

This super-fresh chutney adds flavour, colour and freshness to the meal or snacks it is paired with, like sandwich, bhel puri, chole tikki etc. I always keep this in my refrigerator as it can be anytime snack option with khakra or bread.

Ingredients:

1 cup Mint leaves
1 cup Coriander leaves
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 green chili (cut in small pieces)
1 inch piece of Ginger
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Pinch of Asafoetida

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and make a smooth paste. If required, little water can be added. It can be served immediately or stored in an airtight container in refrigerator.
