Ingredients:

½ cup grated paneer
1 medium sized boiled and peeled potato
1 cup boiled mixed vegetables (corn, peas and carrot)
1 medium sized onion chopped
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1 green chili chopped
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp grated ginger
¼ tsp amchur powder
¼ tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp red chili powder
¼ tsp chaat masala (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying

Method:

Mash boiled potato and boiled vegetables. In a bowl, mix grated paneer, mashed potato, mashed vegetables, chopped onion and all other ingredients.

Divide the mixture into 8-10 equal portions and shape them into a round-flat tikki. Heat a non-stick pan/griddle on a medium flame and cook/shallow fry all the tikkis using little oil, until both sides are golden brown in color. Keep it on absorbent paper and serve hot with Green chutney.
