Ingredients:

¼ cup Cauliflower florets
¼ cup Broccoli
¼ cup Peas
¼ cup Corn
¼ cup Carrot
Half medium sized Green bell pepper
1 medium sized Tomato
1 medium sized Onion
2 tsp Olive oil
½ tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp chopped green chili
¼ tsp Cumin seeds
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
½ tsp Red chili powder
Salt to taste
¼ tsp Garam masala Powder

Method:

Cut Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrot, Green bell pepper, tomato and onion into small equal size pieces. Keep onion and tomato aside and wash all other vegetables.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add onion and sauté. Now add grated ginger and sauté. Add finely chopped green chili. Now add all vegetables except tomato in the pan and sauté it for 2-3 minutes on low-medium flame. Cover the pan with a plate which need to be filled with water. Stir the vegetable in 3-4 minutes and when they are half cooked, add tomato and all spices (red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt). Mix well and again cover with the plate filled with water. Cook it for few (3-4) minutes and once they are cooked, sprinkle garam masala powder. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with chapatti or rice.
