Banana Raita

Ingredients:

2 Bananas (not over riped)
2 cup Fresh Yoghurt
2 tbsp Raisins
2 tsp Powdered Sugar
¼ tsp Cardamom powder
Few strands of Saffron

Method:

Soak raisins in water for half an hour. Peel off the skin of banana and cut the banana into small pieces, keep aside. In a bowl add yoghurt, powdered sugar, cardamom powder and saffron. Whisk it, add soaked raisins and chopped bananas. Mix well and serve it fresh.

Note: Sugar can be adjusted as per your taste.
