Palak Raita

Ingredients:

1 cup thick yoghurt
½ cup spinach/palak
½ tsp chopped green chili
½ tsp Cumin powder (roasted)
¼ tsp black pepper powder
Pinch of rock salt
Salt to taste

Method:

Wash the spinach properly. Finely chop and blanch it.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for half an hour. Yummy raita is ready to eat.
