Ingredients:

1 cup Maida/All purpose Flour
1 cup Ghee
2 tbsp Milk
½ cup Powdered Sugar
25 gm Edible Gum
8-10 Black peppercorns

Method:

In a bowl, mix all purpose flour and 2 ½ tbsp Ghee. Now add milk and mix well with spoon but not to make the dough. Press this mixture with hands and keep it covered for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan, fry Gond (It will become like puffs) and keep it aside. In the same pan in leftover ghee, fry black peppercorns. Now sieve (use the one required for rice) the flour mixture to make small granules like sugar. Roast these granules like mixture on low flame for almost 15-20 minutes. Put off the gas then add powdered sugar, gum puffs, black peppercorns and 2 tbsp of ghee and mix well. You can add sugar as per your taste, if required.
