Ingredients:

800 ml Milk
1/2 cup Grated Dry Coconut
30 gm Gond (Edible Gum)
3 tbsp Ghee
1/2 cup sugar
3-4 cardamom
Few strands of Saffron

Method:

Heat ghee in a pan, fry Gond and keep it aside. It will become like puffs.

Heat milk in a non stick kadai and boil till it remains 1/4th of the initial quantity. Now add gond puffs, grated coconut, sugar, cardamom powder, saffron and mix well. Cook it until all ingredients mix well and liquid becomes thick. Grease a plate with ghee, spread the mixture and press it with the base of a bowl. Once it cools down, cut it into square shaped pieces and gently remove it for serving.
