2 ltr full fat Milk
1/3 cup Sugar
Finely chop pistachios and almonds. Heat milk in a non stick pan and boil till it reduces to 1/3 of the quantity. Now add sugar and boil for 2-3 more minutes (to melt sugar). Add chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder and saffron. Mix them well and let it cool. Fill the Kulfi moulds and refrigerate for 5-6 hours. Rabri Kulfi is ready and its time to relish.
