Lassi

Ingredients:

250ml Yoghurt
4 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Warm milk
2-3 Pistachios
2-3 Almonds
4-5 Raisins
Few saffron strands
Pinch of Cardamom powder

Method:

Soak raisins and saffron in hot milk for 15 minutes. In a bowl, whisk yoghurt and powdered sugar till sugar melts completely. Then add saffron-raisins milk mixture and mix well. Keep this mixture in refrigerator for half an hour. For serving, pour it in a glass and garnish with slivered pistachios-almonds.
