Red Chili-Garlic Chutney

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Garlic cloves
3-4 Big size fresh red chilies
2 Dry raw mango slices (Amchur)
2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste

Method:
Soak dry mango slices in hot water for 3-4 hrs. Cut red chilies into small pieces. Mix garlic cloves, red chili pieces, soaked mango slices, cumin seeds and salt in grinder. Grind the mixture and once it becomes smooth paste, it is ready to be served. Parathas and sandwiches tastes good with this chutney. For longer life, store in a air tight container & keep refrigerated.
