Urad Milk (Urad Ka Doodh)

Winter special and very healthy….

Urad ka doodh


1 tbsp black gram (Urad Dal) flour
2 tsp Ghee
250 ml Milk
4-5 Almonds
2 tbsp dry grated Coconut
1 tsp Magaj Seeds
1 tsp Sugar


Heat a pan, add ghee, urad/black gram flour and roast it on a low flame till it turns golden. Then add milk, almond powder, grated coconut, crushed magaj seeds and boil it for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Now add sugar and give a boil. Your dish is ready, serve it hot.
