My experiments with Potata !!

Potato Chili Fry

Ingredients:

1 Potato (medium sized)
1 Big size green Chili (optional Green bell pepper)
1 small size chopped Onion
1/2 inch piece of Ginger (grated)
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Red chili powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder
Salt to taste

Method:

Boil potato and peel it. In a bowl, cut the boiled potatoes into small pieces and add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, dry mango powder. Wash green chili and cut it into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. When they start crackling, add chopped onion and grated ginger. Saute and add green chili pieces. Saute it for a minute on low flame and then add potato pieces. Saute gently for another minute, so that potato, chili are well coated with oil and spices. Your dish is ready to serve……
