Yummiest dessert with least effort and no cooking……..



1 kg Yoghurt
7-8 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Warm milk
10-12 Pistachios
10-12 Almonds
8-10 Raisins
Few saffron strands
3-4 Cardamom powder
2 tbsp Tutti-Frutti (optional)


Hang yoghurt in muslin cloth in a cool place for approximately 7-8 hours until all the liquid (whey) has drained off. Blanch pistachios and almonds, then split and sliver. Add saffron into the warm milk until it dissolves.

In a bowl, add yoghurt, sugar, saffron milk, slivered nuts (reserve some for garnishing), raisins, tutti-frutti, cardamom powder and mix well. Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve after garnishing with slivered pistachios and almonds.
