Yummy combo for Paneer and Paratha lovers….. Paneer Paratha !!

Paneer Paratha


1½ cup Paneer
1 medium sized Onion
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Kasoori Methi
2 tsp Red chili powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp chopped Green Chili
Oil for cooking parathas

For dough –
1 cup Wheat flour
Salt to taste


Mix wheat flour, salt and enough water to make smooth dough. Keep the dough for 15 min.

In a bowl, add crumbled paneer, finely chopped onion, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, kasoori methi, garam masala powder and chopped green chili. Mix well and divide this mixture into 5 portions.

Make the dough ball, roll it, keep the stuffing in middle and fold from all sides towards the middle. Dust the platform with flour and roll it as thin as possible.

Heat tawa and cook both the sides of paratha at medium low flame. Add little oil with brush on both the sides and keep cooking till paratha becomes golden brown.
