All time favourite breakfast, specially in winters……. Have a sweet beginning of the day 🙂
1/2 cup Wheat Flour
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Sugar
2 cup water
5 tbsp Ghee
Heat ghee in a pan/kadhai and add wheat flour. Mix well and roast it on low flame/heat for almost 10-12 minutes until it changes the color (becomes reddish). Now add 2 cups of hot water (quantity may vary depending upon the quality of wheat flour, also do not add all water in one time) and keep stirring well. It will become thick and then add sugar into it and mix well. Stir it for 2-3 minutes, until ghee oozes out and sugar is dissolved. Once ready, garnish with slivered almonds and cardamom powder.
