Choorma Ladoo

Dal Baati looks incomplete if it is not served with Choorma. This is the best dessert option along with dal baati or even as standalone dessert also, it is nice option. 



2cup Wheat Flour
½ cup Ghee + 3tbsp ghee
8tbsp Powdered sugar
½ cup water
5-6 Almonds
5-6 Pistachios
¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
Ghee for deep frying


Mix wheat flour, ½ cup ghee and water to make tight dough. Divide the dough into 8 portions and make balls of it. Press these balls by hand, deep fry it in ghee & then grind it. Sieve the grinded powder by wheat siever. Then again roast it on low flame for 10 min. Once roasted, add chopped almonds, chopped pistachios, cardamom powder, few saffron strands, powdered sugar and 3 tbsp ghee. Mix all these things properly. Choorma is ready now. It can be served in powder form or make balls of it to serve in from of ladoos.
